Job Description
Lead R&D for cakes and cookies including new product development and innovation Develop and optimize bakery formulations for taste, texture, shelf life, and cost Conduct lab trials, pilot trials, and commercial scale-up Work closely with Production and QA during plant trials and troubleshooting Ensure compliance with FSSAI and food safety standards Maintain documentation for formulations, SOPs, and trials Lead and mentor bakery R&D team Coordinate with Marketing, Procurement, and suppliers for product launches Develop and improve cake and cookie formulations aligned with market trends. Conduct R&D trials to optimize quality, shelf life, and cost. Scale up lab recipes to commercial production and support plant trials.
