About the Role
Drs. Karen Adolph and Catherine Tamis-LeMonda at New York University invite applications for hourly research associates to assist in collecting, transcribing, and annotating videos. Research Associates will be overseen by senior research staff in Drs. Adolph and Tamis-LeMonda's labs and may attend weekly lab meetings. Collecting duties entail visiting the homes of families and video-recording mothers and children during everyday interactions and play tasks. Transcription and annotation duties entail using specialized software to mark parent and child behaviors from home visit videos. Positions require a 10-20 hour/week commitment for two consecutive semesters.
