RainbowAsia (official name: Rainbow Youth Asia Ltd) aims to build a Singapore where youth thrive in a supportive and equitable community. Programs and initiatives are organised according to three pillars: Safe Harbour, Leadership Incubator, and Ecosystem Builder.
Research Description To understand how LGBTIAQ+ students in Singapore perceive and navigate their institutional climates, including safety, belonging, discrimination, access to resources, and institutional responsiveness, and how these experiences vary across identities, campuses, and structural contexts. The project is also designed to support future policy change by generating Singapore-specific, community-centered, and empirically grounded insights.
