Research And Development Engineer

The Sr. Design Engineer will execute assignments in all aspects and levels of the planning, design, development, and launch of new products using the Stage Gate Process. The position will have a high degree of accountability for delivering results in the creative design of new products as measured by successful new product launches. A high degree of engineering expertise and logical application of engineering principles, engineering analysis, and project and time management skills are required to be successful. The Sr. Design Engineer will develop a thorough understanding of Bettcher products and the customers and markets where they are used.
