Key Responsibilities: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Manage and monitor cash flow planning and forecasting. Prepare, review, and analyze Profit & Loss (P&L) statements. Assist management in budget preparation, financial planning, and cost control initiatives. Support sales forecasting and provide financial insights to drive business decisions. Perform variance analysis and identify opportunities for cost optimization. Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions and reconciliation of accounts. Monitor inventory accounting, food cost analysis, and operational expenses.
