Reports Analyst

Job Summary:

The Reports Analyst transforms complex data into actionable insights that support operations, training, and quality performance in a fast-paced BPO environment. This role is responsible for building dashboards, consolidating reports from multiple systems, and conducting in-depth analyses to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• :Develop and maintain dashboards and scorecards aligned with business KPI
• sConsolidate data from CRM, WFM, QA, and other platform
• sDeliver accurate daily, weekly, and monthly report
• sPerform trend, variance, and root cause analysi
• sCollaborate with internal teams to improve reporting processes and performance metric
• sEnsure data accuracy, consistency, and integrit
