Reporting Manager

We are retained by a leading infrastructure operator in the UAE to appoint an experienced Reporting Manager to join a major programme management consultancy (PMC) environment.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in project controls, cost management, and contract administration across a high-profile, large-scale infrastructure programme. This is a technically demanding position requiring a professional who combines analytical rigour with strong commercial awareness and executive-level communication skills.

Working within an integrated PMC team, you will be responsible for the full reporting cycle — from CAPEX tracking and payment certification through to KPI dashboards and executive progress reporting. You will manage variations and claims, oversee contract administration and compliance, and ensure all documentation meets the highest bilingual (Arabic/English) standards.
