An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our fast‑paced Housing Repairs and Maintenance team as a Repairs Coordinator working on a variety of tasks.

Housing Repairs and Maintenance are responsible for the provision of quality day‑to‑day repairs and maintenance of Bristol City Council's tenanted housing stock and the repairing and refurbishment of empty homes to bring them back to a quality lettable standard. Our aim is to carry out the right repair first time within agreed timescales and to provide safe, secure, habitable properties that our residents can be proud of.

What will I be doing?

• Arranging repairs for Bristol City Council residents ensuring that they happen Right First Time.
• Organising repairs for our empty properties so new tenants can move in.
