About the Role
Rental Administrator
Salary: £28,000
Hours of work: Monday – Friday 08:00 – 17:30. Plus 1 in 5 Saturdays.
Holiday: 20 days holiday plus all bank holidays.
Loyalty Bonus: After 2 years of service (1 day additional holiday and up to an extra 5 days after 7 years).
We are looking for a Rental Administrator to support and facilitate our truck & trailer hire operations, which includes curtainsiders, box trailers, double deckers and more.
Required Skills:
* Must have a current driving license
* A good telephone manner
* Good attention to detail
* Ability to work under pressure
* The right “Can do” attitude
* Must be a team player.
* A good knowledge in IT
Key Responsibilities
* Answering phones and taking rental bookings
* Making sure all compliance and rental agreements processed and sent to customers where applicable
