Remote US Payroll Specialist — Detail‑Oriented & Compliant

DOXA Talent, Inc. is looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to manage US payroll processes remotely from Colombia. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in payroll and a strong understanding of US payroll laws. You will ensure accurate payroll processing while supporting accounts payable activities.

This role offers the opportunity to work in a supportive team culture across Colombian and international teams. An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business is required.
