We are seeking an outstanding Policy Specialist to join our Market Responsibility team, with a primary focus on supporting and scaling Spotify’s transparency reporting operations.
This role addresses gaps in transparency report execution and enables us to scale the scope, cadence, and complexity of our reporting obligations across global regulatory frameworks. You’ll bring structure to an evolving space, manage cross-functional alignment, and ensure that Spotify’s transparency reporting is accurate, auditable, and impactful.What You'll Do
