Remote Talent Partner — Tech Hiring & Sourcing

LatamCent is looking for a Talent Partner to oversee sourcing and placement across various industries. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, conducting numerous candidate interviews and filling several roles each month.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of recruitment experience, particularly in technical roles. This full-time remote position based in Latin America offers an OTE of $34,000/year plus benefits including PTO and education stipends.
