Remote Service Desk Analyst - Bot Monitoring & Automation

Hubtek LLC Colombia is looking for a Service Desk Analyst Level I to manage the automation of bots and ensure they run according to the scheduled plan. You will be responsible for monitoring bot performance, responding to service desk tickets, and ensuring compliance with service level agreements.
