What You'll Do

Master the Pipeline- Own a diverse pipeline of FHA, VA and conventional conforming loans from submission to clear-to-close, with opportunities to underwrite USDA, and bond/grant program files as volume and licensing allow- Apply sound credit judgment on complex files — income, asset, and liability layering — while leveraging automated workflows that eliminate the low-value manual work that slows most underwriters...
