Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a remote hands‑on Senior Developer to support and build modern, scalable automation and decisioning solutions within an enterprise environment. This role focuses heavily on IBM automation technologies and modern Java‑based microservices, partnering closely with cross‑functional teams to design, develop, and support high‑impact systems used across the business.

In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain Java‑based microservices and automation solutions using IBM BAM OE, Kogito/KEI services, and IBM ODM. You’ll work closely with architects, product partners, and other engineering teams to translate business and technical requirements into scalable solutions. Day‑to‑day work includes building and integrating APIs, supporting workflow and decisioning platforms, participating in CI/CD processes, and ensuring solutions are reliable, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise standards.
