Insight Global is seeking a Senior Developer – Exchange Encounters & Risk Adjustment (SQL / EDM) for a top healthcare client. This role is highly hands-on with SQL Server and SSIS, focused on building and managing ETL pipelines that move SQL-based healthcare data into submission-ready formats using EDM tools. The ideal candidate has strong experience writing stored procedures, developing SSIS workflows, and using C# within SSIS for custom logic. They should understand healthcare data structures—particularly Medicare/Medicaid encounters—and be comfortable ensuring accurate data mapping, validation, and end-to-end flow across systems.
This is a highly visible role centered on transitioning encounter data processing in-house from a third-party vendor and delivering a proof-of-concept in one exchange market, with plans to scale across additional markets.
