About the Role
**Remote MTM Registered Nurse (RN)**
**Location:** Remote (Must reside in a participating Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) state)
**Pay Rate:** $35.26 / hour
**Shift:** Monday – Friday, 8-hour shift starting at 9:00 AM ET / 8:00 AM CT
**Position Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Registered Nurse to deliver telephonic Medication Therapy Management (MTM). In this role, you will directly improve patient care by conducting telephonic medication reconciliations with high-risk members, identifying medication-related problems, and coordinating resolutions.
You will interact daily with patients, prescribers, caregivers, and internal resources to develop member-specific treatment plans based on nationally recognized guidelines. Using innovative behavioral modification and motivational interviewing techniques, you will empower patients to achieve their health goals and guide them on their path to better health...
