Remote Growth SDR - Spanish-speaking, Retention & Expansion

Iubenda is seeking a Growth Sales Development Representative (Retention & Expansion) to work remotely or from our offices in Milan or Bologna. This role focuses on building scalable, data-driven retention strategies that help our customers succeed and grow.

You will identify conversion opportunities, generate an expansion pipeline, and continuously improve processes based on data feedback. Ideal candidates have 1-3 years in related roles, fluent communication skills in English and Italian, and experience with CRM tools.
