Remote, Contract-based Massachusetts Family Law Attorney Opportunity - 10–20 Hours/Week

Due to increased demand, we are now interviewing for a qualified, experienced, and dedicated Massachusetts Family Law Attorney. Remote work hours will vary, but are expected to be approximately 1020 hours per week Attorney Responsibilities: Handle family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support, and related domestic relations matters Conduct client consultations and provide legal guidance Draft motions, pleadings, discovery, settlement agreements, and other family law documents Conduct legal research and assist with case strategy Attend hearings, mediations, depositions, trials, and other court proceedings as needed Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and the legal team Manage cases from inception through resolut...
