Job Overview

In a production environment of continuous improvement. Maintain sound relationships across the L.M.P chain.

Productivity / Delivery

• To ensure the safe, efficient, continuous operation of the lube & grease plant, and to effectively manage all the activities of the production plant according to the product requirements.
• Effectively optimizing the use of production resources.
• Manage and administration of production documents in terms of Safety, health and Environment.
• Preparation and distribution of required production reports.
• Responsible for the implementation of Waste Management Systems.

Finance

• To manage and control overtime.
• To control manufacturing variances within the acceptable limits.

Inventory Management

• To ensure stock losses/gains are kept within acceptable tolerances.
