Release & Deployment Engineer

TXT e-Swiss, part of the TXT Group, is looking for a Release & Deployment Engineer to join projects in the banking/fintech sector, characterized by high technological complexity.

The selected candidate will be involved in the end-to-end management of the software lifecycle, from development through to production release, contributing to the stability, automation, and evolution of application environments.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage the release and deployment process of applications and software packages
• Perform deployments of third‑party software and core components on target environments
• Design and develop automation pipelines for releases (CI/CD)
• Manage and optimize containerized environments based on Kubernetes / OpenShift
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Development, Middleware, Unix, DBA, Network) to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement
