About the Role

Experience & Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service, calling and/or Administrative roles in UAE and 5 years experience in home country.

Strong background in operational processes, familiarity with CRM systems, and excellent verbal & written communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.
  • Respond to client calls and emails promptly, addressing queries and concerns within designated timelines.
  • Conduct daily follow-ups with clients via email, calls, and WhatsApp regarding ongoing work and update progress in internal software consistently.
  • Take immediate action on new order forms received from Sales, ECS, or CP teams within defined timelines.
  • Manage a portfolio of 70-80 clients efficiently.
