About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Ensure efficient, effective and high-quality delivery of trade products to all internal & external customers by constant engagement and provide advisory.
  • Manage and monitor customer’s trade utilizations and business relationship of Transaction Banking customers and identify customer needs and sales opportunities by developing the suitable proposal on product, services and structure.
  • Maintain excellent relationship and good support with customer through scheduled visit and calls, address customer’s requirement and propose solutions to Relationship Manager.
  • Ensure the interest of the bank from any losses through exercising due care and diligence in discharging duties assigned and strict adherence to internal procedures and audit requirement.
  • Conduct training on Trade Product, E Trade, Financial Supply Chain (FSC) and any trade solutions to internal/external customer.
