Job Purpose

Responsible in managing and growing a portfolio of clients. To develop strong relationships with key decision-makers, provide financial solutions tailored to business needs, and drive revenue growth while ensuring compliance with banking regulations in order to achieve the budget given.

Key Accountabilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain professional relationships with business clients, including CEOs, CFOs, and other key stakeholders.

Business Development

  • Identify and acquire new clients, expanding portfolio.

Financial Advisory

  • Provide tailored financial solutions, including loans, deposits, trade finance, and treasury products

Credit Analysis & Risk Management

  • Assess clients’ financial health, prepare credit proposals, and ensure risk mitigation.
