About the Role

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Relationship Manager Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to our Relationship Manager. The ideal candidate is fluent in both Chinese and English, has a finance-related background, and is capable of handling client coordination and administrative tasks in a fast-paced professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Relationship Manager.

  • Coordinate and communicate with clients and internal teams in both Chinese and English.

  • Prepare, organize, and maintain client files and documentation.

  • Assist with client onboarding and the collection of KYC/compliance documents.

  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate appointments.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.

  • Follow up with clients regarding pending documents and requests.
