Relationship in Charge

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients stakeholders and government entities

Manage communication and interactions with government officials and agencies

Oversee and manage company collections including the recovery of old debts

Address client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner

Monitor client satisfaction and gather feedback to improve services

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client and government needs are met

Prepare and present reports on client interactions government relations and collection activities
