Relationship Coordinator

Description

To provide product sales and service support to the business in order to contribute toward the achievement of the sales targets and enhance customer experiences within the relevant Channels

Engage with branch and contact centre staff to understand customer unique requirements in order to nsure that sales solutions are provided in line with customer needs

Conduct product training at all levels for example area managers, branch staff, contact centre staff, heads of departments to drive product awareness and sales of the product within the relevant sales channel

Understand the sales coaching journey and provide on the job coaching to staff within area of responsibility

Maintain specialised knowledge on all FirstRand approved products, application procedure, fulfilment processes and timelines to drive and achieve relevant sales targets
