Job Description

The Regulatory Compliance Specialist will be responsible for:

• Serving as the subject matter expert for all regulatory compliance-related matters in the Bank, such as providing interpretation of banking regulations, laws and other regulatory guidelines
• Supporting the development activities to facilitate awareness and compliance of the Bank personnel and units on applicable laws and other regulatory matters. Undertakes regulatory capacity building activities and trainings
• Assisting in responding to internal and external stakeholders for compliance-related matters in relation to the potential impact of relevant laws, rules, and regulations on banking-related activities, products, and services including banking products and services that are in the development phase
• Assisting in the proper handling of the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) visitations and on-site examination among others
