Certified Vet Technician

Licensed, certified vet tech will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day intake and medical operations of BAHS. This position will complete animal intakes, maintain facilities and equipment, interact with the public and ensure that shelter animals receive proper care. Additionally, fostering good community relations is essential for this position. They will provide surgical and wellness assistance for BAHS adoptable dogs and cats. This position will schedule surgeries/wellness appointments, prepare shelter animals for exams and spays/neuter surgery.

Supervisor: Executive Medical Director

Minimum pay $20-22 per hour, dependent on experience. This position will work full time, Tuesday - Saturday, 8am to 6pm.
