As an RN/RPN on our unit, you’ll be part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team that supports patients through some of their most vulnerable moments with dignity, compassion, and skill.In this role, you’ll engage in comprehensive nursing assessments, implement evidence informed interventions, administer medications, and contribute to individualized care planning. You’ll work closely with patients and families to support recovery, provide education, and coordinate safe and thoughtful discharge planning.
