- Monitor cardiac telemetry, recognize changes in rhythm, and escalate concerns promptly.
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and report findings to the care team.
- Administer medications and execute ordered treatments according to established protocols.
- Document nursing care, vital signs, symptoms, and response to interventions accurately.
- Implement fall prevention, infection control, and patient safety measures consistently.
- Coordinate with physicians and multidisciplinary staff to support care plan execution.
