REGISTERED NURSE (RN), HEMODIALYSIS (Prince George)

Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated Registered Nurse with a dedication for delivering compassionate patient care to join our team at Parkwood place.

Responsibilities

• Assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of client care.
• Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to ensure client‑centered care and assist clients and families in responding to changing health‑care needs.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an approved School of Nursing.
• Registration with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing RN registrant (BCCNM).
• Successful completion of recognized advanced clinical preparation in the assigned renal specialty area plus three years of recent related experience in the area (e.g., chronic kidney disease, peritoneal dialysis, home hemodialysis, organ transplantation) or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
