Location: Mayo Building - Ambulatory Pediatric Endocrinology Division

The Pediatric Endocrinology RN provides essential nursing support to a highly complex and medically vulnerable patient population. In this specialized Ambulatory practice, RNs deliver patient and family education, communicate test results, manage symptoms, coordinate long‑term care needs, and provide continuity of care for patients with chronic Endocrine conditions. The role spans both ambulatory and inpatient settings, including inpatient new-onset Diabetes education, and supports patients with Type I and Type II Diabetes, bone and metabolic disorders, weight management concerns, gender dysphoria, and pituitary and adrenal insufficiency. Pediatric Endocrine patients require intensive, longitudinal nursing involvement due to the complexity of their diagnoses and the high risk for hospitalization, complications, and readmissions.
