About the Role
Unit Details
22 beds (16 rooms)
Average daily census: 20
Adult and geriatric patient population
Common cases include burns, plastic/reconstructive surgery, urology, GYN, ENT, and oral/maxillofacial surgeries
Special procedures include burn dressings, flap checks, and leech therapy
Shift
12-hour Day
Every other/third weekend required
Floating within OSU required
Requirements
BLS and ACLS required
2+ years of recent PCU experience required
Experience with similar patient population preferred
Previous charge RN experience preferred
Teaching hospital experience preferred
Unit Systems
EPIC documentation
Pyxis medication system
Agency staff have the following parking permit options (purchased through CampusParc at (url removed)):
