We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our highly motivated, professional, and committed team, dedicated to giving the best evidence-based care to the Pēpi in our level 2A neonatal unit. We have three RN working on each shift and a mid-shift 4 days a week. We have 8 cot spaces, 2 dedicated to intensive level care.
We understand that having a Pēpi in the neonatal unit can be a stressful time for everyone and we have a policy of keeping parents/caregivers well informed. Our staff complete training in Family and Infant Neurodevelopmental Education (FINE). We encourage kangaroo care and welcome parents/caregivers 24 hours a day.
We have rooming in facilities for whānau who usually spend at least 48 hours with their Pēpi prior to discharge. Following discharg...
