**Job Description:**
This position is responsible for providing management and oversight of daily patient care activities of the Solid Organ Transplant Program (liver, kidney, pancreas, and heart).
The role requires travel in multiple states and managers are expected to provide after-hours support to their on-call nurses. The typical distribution of job duties: 50% tactical, 40% operational, 10% strategic.
**Reporting to the Transplant Services Director, the Transplant Services Nurse Manager is responsible for the leadership; operational effectiveness; employee, physician and patient engagement; clinical excellence; and community stewardship of the departments and clinics within their portfolio.
