" Shift hours/Contract Length: 4x10s, 730a-6p (M-F) with 1 rotating day off

" Weekend Requirement: Possible weekend coverage

" Epic Experience --Required

" On Call Requirement: Call is required (one primary call per week and one primary call weekend per month); 30 minutes call back time

" RTO: ALL requests must be included with the submission.

" Call off Policy: Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks.

" Vacation Requirement: Must be available to work/take call one vacation per 13- week contract (in rotation with staff)
