Current and valid DL or State issued ID required & Utility bill in the Traveler's name with matching address within the last three months. Address must be GREATER than 75 miles from contracted facility.

DRIVER'S LICENSE & UTILITY BILL MUST BE INCLUDED WITH SUBMISSION

NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED

Must work 3 (12) hr. shifts per week. One of which must be on Saturday night

Experience required: Current Critical Care, Telemetry experience

Certs/Licenses: BLS, ACLS, EKG Course/ Telemetry test, NIHSS required
