Role Summary

Registered Nurse – Endoscopy Suite (Fixed Term 6 months, 0.6 FTE). Location: Sunny Nelson.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for patients before, during, and after endoscopy procedures.
• Support patients undergoing diagnostic, surveillance, and bowel screening procedures.
• Assist the Clinical Nurse Coordinator and the team to maintain a caring and professional environment.
• Manage patient care tasks efficiently, ensuring quality care and extended nursing practice.

Qualifications

• NZ Registered Nurse with a current NZNC practising certificate.
• Post‑registration nursing experience, preferably in endoscopy and/or acute care.
• Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
• Commitment to quality and continuous clinical practice updates.
• Team‑player who enjoys learning and enhancing skills.
