- Monitor patient vital signs and assess patient condition continuously.
- Document patient information accurately in the EHR system, utilizing Epic.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care and discharge planning.
- Maintain certification and compliance with BLS, ACLS, and PALS requirements.
- Adhere to departmental rotation schedules, including evenings, nights, and weekends.
- Hold an active Registered Nurse license in good standing.
- Possess current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
