- Assess patient conditions promptly upon arrival to determine acuity and priority.
- Implement emergency treatment protocols following established guidelines.
- Administer medications and IV therapies with precision and safety.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and execute care plans.
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and progress accurately in electronic medical records.
- Ensure compliance with certification, licensure, and hospital policies.
- Valid NJ license or compact license as a Registered Nurse.
