Registered Manager - Children's EBD Home

Location: NW1, London

Salary: £52,000 basic, with realistic OTE up to £58,600 including bonuses

Additional Benefits: £3,000 car allowance or company car, 32 days annual leave including bank holidays, Ofsted bonus and occupancy bonus

We are recruiting for an experienced Registered Manager or a strong Deputy Manager ready to step up to lead a reopened solo‑bed children's residential home in the NW1 area of London.

This is an excellent opportunity for a confident children's residential leader to take ownership of a small, focused EBD provision and play a key role in delivering a stable, nurturing and high-quality service for a young person with emotional and behavioural needs.
