Were recruiting for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a brand-new 2-bed childrens home in Chaddesden, Derby, supporting young people with Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).

This is an excellent opportunity to join a provider at an exciting stage of growth. The home is fully prepared and ready for registration, with the staffing team already in place, policies and procedures completed, and all groundwork undertaken. The successful candidate will step into a well-prepared environment and take the home through registration and into operation.

There is also future potential for the successful candidate to progress into a dual-registration role as the organisation continues to expand.
