About the role

As a Regional Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in empowering our workforce to deliver high-quality support, directly contributing to our mission of helping people live independently and thrive in their communities.

  • Facilitating support and overseeing Support Worker training in accordance with Access Kaiāwhina Competency training and qualifications.
  • Actively ensuring that the quality outcomes taught through our paid Support Worker induction programme are fit for purpose for our valued clients.
  • Collaborating with Care Coordinator Team Leaders and Support Worker Team Leaders to ensure a competent workforce.
  • Contributing to the design and development of workplace training to meet operational needs and audit requirements.
