Regional Sales Representative – Brackenfell, Cape Town.

Duties and Responsibilities: Conduct regular sales and marketing visits to existing and prospective customers. Promote the company’s products and services within the assigned territory. Manage all sales-related administration and maintain accurate sales records. Update and maintain the sales database. Prepare and submit regular sales, service visit, and call reports. Maintain and increase order intake and spare parts sales. Accurately capture and process customer orders. Ensure proper control and management of sales documentation. Adhere to company credit and sales policies. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Identify, investigate, and resolve customer concerns and issues. Prepare comprehensive sales quotations for customers. Liaise with operational departments to ensure maximum stock availability. Provide support to the service department when required.
