About the Role

Responsibilities:


  • Lead, manage, and develop a sales team of 6–10 members across West Malaysia

  • Develop and expand dealer and distributor networks in the assigned region

  • Drive sales performance to achieve company targets and business objectives

  • Plan and execute marketing strategies, promotional campaigns, and trade activities

  • Organize and participate in roadshows, exhibitions, and product promotions

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key business partners

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support strategic planning

  • Implement effective regional sales strategies and business plans

  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management
