About the Role

Changan is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to lead regional sales execution, strengthen dealer networks, and drive commercial performance in alignment with national objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the performance, growth, and strategic development of assigned dealer sales regions, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives, dealer network expansion, sales targets, and regional business performance.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Lead sales forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Conduct market visits, competitor analysis, and client follow-up.
  • Strengthen relationships with key accounts and partners.
  • Ensure CRM compliance and accurate reporting.
Profile Requirements
  • Industry related only.
  • 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Advanced English.
  • Strong knowledge of B2B sales, dealer management, forecasting, CRM, and negotiation.
