Regional Sales Manager East Malaysia (SUPER and OLDTOWN Coffee)

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for managing the Field Sales Team on a local level, including planning and coordinating sales activities, setting goals, and ensuring achievement of targets. The manager reports to the General Trade Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set the team and individual KPIs (quantitative and qualitative). Communicate the KPIs and structure effectively to the team.
  • Accountable for monitoring and achievement of the defined KPIs. Manages and coaches the team to ensure they achieve the defined targets.
  • Prepare annual Point of Sales plan and is accountable for achievement of the established objectives (assortment, shelf, activation) for operational excellence at point of sales.
  • Define quantitative and qualitative objectives by brand, supervise and execute monthly control of the annual plans by distributor.
