We're Hiring!! Regional Operations Managers (Junior and Senior) – Kwa Zulu-Natal

We are seeking two dynamic Regional Operations Managers to provide strategic leadership and oversee all aspects of café operations across the region.

Qualifications & Experience Diploma or higher in Operations Management, or related field. Strong knowledge of operations, finance, quality, HR, and customer relations. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to solve problems and adapt to change. Computer literacy in MS Office, Zoho, Flooid Hospitality, and Teams. Own reliable transport. Junior manager: 5-10 years’ experience in a multidisciplinary role (including 5+ years in management). Senior manager: 10–15 years’ experience in a multidisciplinary role (including 5+ years in management).
