Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the business to achieve and surpass sales, profitability and related business goals and objectives for the assigned products.
  • Collaborate with Global, Regional and Country marketing counterparts to execute a regional strategy to ensure achievement of platform goals and expectations.
  • Implement and maintain best practices in brand marketing and product development marketing.
  • Drive and manage regional marketing activities (and related budget) including:
    1. Market research – market size/growth, competitive share and positioning, significant customer needs and major trends (macroeconomic, industry, regulatory, competitive, policy, etc)
    2. Pricing – per product per country
    3. Tactical marketing mixes to maximize profitable revenue growth in the region
    4. Marketing communications – advertising, promotions, digital marketing
